Champions for Change is a year-round initiative by The Create Change Foundation that connects teachers in Philadelphia and Jacksonville with the resources and funding they need to create thriving classrooms.
By bringing together businesses, community leaders, donors, professional athletes, and volunteers, the campaign provides school supplies, healthy snacks, classroom resources, and student rewards that empower educators and support student success.
